What if I can't make the Friday date for the tour, can I attend Saturday?|
Of course. The ticket is good for both days. However, a ticket can only be used once in each garden, and the Southern Tea.
Do you provide refunds if it rains on the day of the tour?|
Sorry, but the tour will go on rain or shine. April in Savannah is usually not rainy. The purchase of your ticket is non-refundable and will benefit many community projects.
What should I wear?|
The weather is usually mild in April. Wear casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes, as streets and sidewalks are often uneven brick and cobblestone.
Can I take photographs?|
Yes....Bring along your camera to take home inspiring gardening ideas.
Is there transportation on the tour?|
This is a self guided walking tour. Savannah Pedicabs are available for hire by calling 912.232.7900. The City of Savannah offers a free trolley service in the Historic District. Check their website below. Parking on city streets is free on Saturdays.
How long is the tour and where does it start?|
The tour is self guided, so you may visit the gardens in any order. You will be given a map when you pick up your tickets at the Green-Meldrim House. The gardens are open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. Your ticket is good for both days, but can only be used once in each garden.
Can I buy tickets the day of the tour?|
Tickets can be purchased at the Green-Meldrim House, 14 West Macon Street on Madison Square:
Friday and Saturday, April 21st and 22nd from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
When I send a check, how do I know you received it?|
We send an email acknowledgement. Present your email acknowledgement when you come to retrieve your ticket at the Green-Meldrim House. If you do not receive an email confirmation, have a photo ID with you.
If I do not receive an acknowledgement card, then how do I get my ticket?|

Do you have group rates?|
Yes, we do. With a group of ten or more, tickets are $35.00 per person.

How will I receive my pre-purchased tickets?|
Bring your Confirmation email, or post card to the ticket table at the Green-Meldrim House, 14 West Macon Street on Madison Square to pick up your pre-purchased tickets.
If a confirmation email or post card has been lost, a photo ID is required.
